On the preceding pages, you have read hundreds of pages of evidence supporting my work in the areas of teaching, scholarship and creative activity, and service. However, the most important work I do is conducting The Roberts Chorale. This is not only my assessment of my responsibilities but also that of my Chair, Dean, the Chief Academic Officer, and the President.

 

Unfortunately, as an academic in the performing arts, it can be difficult to "translate" the work of a conductor in language those in other disciplines can fully appreciate. Thankfully, the performances of the Chorale demonstrate my work far better than my words ever could. Accordingly, this is probably the most important page of my portfolio.
